The Adjustable Furring Channel Clip For Uneven Walls
Studco BetaFix® is an adjustable furring channel clip used when installing furring channels to masonry walls. Available in short (MBF), long (MBFS) and extra-long (MBFI) sizing they are compatible with Studco 16mm and 28mm Furring Channels. The clip allows adjustment on the furring channel via four location slots, which are useful when the wall substrate is uneven or when larger/smaller wall cavities are required for services or insulation. BetaFix provide a faster and more accurate installation without the need for packers or additional fasteners.

Studco’s new BetaFix range is designed to be paired with Studco M308 16mm and M29 28mm Furring Channels. Furring channels lock directly into BetaFix clips and in doing so create a cavity space between the masonry wall and the plasterboard. Together, these products create a plumb framework in which to fix plasterboard or other lining boards.
Studco Furring Channels are engineered to be handled and installed easily. The curved flange edge prevents uncomfortable digging into an installer’s hands. The knurled face 38mm fixing face provides a positive screw location for fixing plasterboard to. Studco Furring Channels are available across standard lengths from 2700mm to 6000mm, with custom lengths also available upon request. Contact us for more information.
