CavKit: Flush Cavity Slider Trims

The CavKit system is made up of steel sections that replace traditional architraves by capping the plasterboard around the door penetration and are plastered in with the drywall to create a flush finish.

This system would be best to use if you wish to transform a traditional cavity slider system in to a flush architrave-free door.

As shown below, CavKit is available with two capping options:

Standard Closer Cap: The door closes into a shallow rebate in the door jamb when closed, to block light and provide complete privacy.

Optional EzyCap: Similar to traditional cavity slider systems, the door butts up against the flat door jamb. This option is best for doors that are often kept open.

SlideSet: Flush Cavity Slider System

SlideSet creates a similar flush finished door, but is a full system including wall framing, concealed hardware, mounting plates for ‘lift-up’ installation, stoppers with retention device, CavKit and ifloor guide.
