Stud Ceilings

Need a quick, reliable framing solution where standard suspended ceilings just won’t fit?

Stud ceilings are a quick framing solution in applications where it can be difficult to install a standard suspended ceiling system. Studco Stud Ceilings deliver enhanced strength and robust load-bearing capacity for confined areas like corridors, bathrooms, and stairwells. Stud ceilings can also be used in wide span applications, such as freestanding structures and office pods, where suspending the ceiling system is not practical.

Engineered as a seamless extension of our trusted steel stud framing systems, our ceiling studs are manufactured from the highest quality, cold-formed BlueScope Steel, ensuring they are tougher, safer, and more reliable than conventional options.

Studco studs feature smart design elements to simplify installation and boost performance: Bell mouth service holes are conveniently punched at 500mm centers, eliminating the need for costly cabling grommets. The knurled face along the stud flange provides a positive and accurate screw point location every time. Available in various widths and gauges (from 0.50BMT to 1.15BMT), our lipped studs can be easily boxed or spliced to extend length or provide additional reinforcement.

Choose Studco Stud Ceilings for superior strength and efficiency in compact voids. Need engineering advice for your specific project? Talk to the Studco Technical Team today.
