Studco® expansion joints are designed to relieve stress and reduce the risk of cracking in lining board materials used in walls and ceilings. All buildings are prone to experience some movement due to thermal and moisture variations in the atmosphere. Expansion joints can efficiently absorb expansion and contraction in walls and ceilings to mitigate the risk of cracked plasterboard.

When do I need to use an expansion joint?

An expansion joint is designed to relieve stress on building materials caused by movement to reduce the risk of cracking in walls and ceilings.

When can I pick up from the Studco warehouse?

Order pick-ups are available between 7am – 4pm. Call us to check if your order is available for same day pick up.

What are the lead times for orders and how quickly can Studco fulfill my order?

Lead times may vary depending on location. Metro deliveries are available for next day or same day delivery. You can also pick up your order from your local Studco branch.
