Resilient channel is manufactured from 0.45BMT galvanised steel and supplied in 3600mm lengths. Resilient channel provides a way to mount plasterboard on the supporting structure without direct contact. This method of separating the plasterboard from the framing is ideal for reducing sound transmission in multi-residential housing projects.

  • Suitable for fixing to timber and steel studs.
  • Pre-punched holes in the fixing leg increase installation speed on site.
