SlimWall® is the energy efficient battened wall system that is code compliant to the Energy Efficiency criteria of NCC 2011 Section J (BCA 2011).  Using Slimwall to batten the inside face of an external wall creates larger wall cavities, reducing thermal transfer and increasing energy efficiency.

The SlimWall system is fully adjustable on uneven surfaces and suitable for almost any wall type including precast concrete, masonry, timber framing and lightweight steel stud. Fix the SlimWall brackets (M163) to the external wall using suitable fixings then insert the SlimWall channel (M355) into the brackets and screw in place.  The result is a permanent fix that can support a wide variety of lining board types and weights.
