StrongArm® Structural Steel Wall Brace

The Studco® StrongArm® structural wall brace is designed for rapid in-wall strengthening of free-standing steel stud walls commercial applications, where a structural member is required to limit lateral deflection and improve rigidity.

StrongArm structural wall brace replaces the need for fabricated SHS posts when constructing freestanding walls.

Made from 12mm thick steel and protected by a hot-dip galvanised coating, this super bracket can withstand extreme loads, is suitable for internal and external applications and is sure to save you time and money on your next project. Typical applications include; Free-standing walls, Balustrades, Nib walls, Bulkheads and Smoke baffles.

What products should I use to create a structurally stable Nib Wall?

To ensure that your Nib Wall is structurally stable, we recommend that you use a M110 bracket, otherwise known as the StrongArm Brace. Refer to table 63 on page 52 of the Studco Design Manual for more information.
