Tailors Walk, Botany NSW

Crafted Living Spaces in the heart of Botany

Spanning 3.1 hectares, Tailor’s Walk offers crafted living spaces with 377 apartments and 58 terraces across four buildings in the heart of Botany.

Due for completion in late 2017, Tailor’s Walk will include private gardens, communally shared zones, a public park, 779 car spaces and a matrix of pedestrian links across the site. GroupGSA Architects designed the development to incorporate Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) initiatives, with the orientation of the design minimising the number of south-facing apartments and maximising the north, east, and west-facing apartments to make the most of natural lighting.

Developers Frasers Property notes that the homes are “made for creators, by creators, to showcase the highest level of quality” and have appointed the well-regarded Richard Crookes Constructions as the builder on the project, for their wealth of experience over 40-years as one of Australia’s largest private building companies.

Chosen for their meticulous attention to detail, contractors Sydney Plaster, sought out a steel framing supplier that would be able to work around the tight delivery schedules and specific requirements of the site. They engaged with Studco Building Systems® as their supplier of choice.

Studco has gone above and beyond to meet our demanding order fulfilments.

Studco logistics and customer service teams also kept in constant communication with Sydney Plaster to meet the difficult requirements of the site, scheduling deliveries on Saturday mornings to assist with the demanding site conditions and crane schedules. This was apparent when speaking with Johnny Li, Assistant Forman at Sydney Plaster, who mentioned “Studco has gone above and beyond to meet our demanding order fulfilment.”
